Rain and Sewage Diversion Renovation Project of Jindu Street Area, Acheng District, Harbin

Undertaken service: Whole-process engineering consultation

The project team will deliver full lifecycle services including whole-process engineering consultation, construction supervision, cost consultation and bidding agency support. Focusing on the technical characteristics and construction management difficulties of municipal pipeline renovation and rain-sewage diversion in severe cold northern regions, the team will fully adapt to local demands for urban renewal, ecological improvement and infrastructure optimization to ensure high-quality and on-time project delivery.

As a key municipal upgrading and ecological improvement project in Acheng District, Harbin, the initiative delivers comprehensive value in livelihood improvement, environmental protection and urban functional upgrading. It sets a replicable benchmark for infrastructure renewal and ecological restoration for old urban and industrial areas in Northeast China through systematic, green and people-oriented municipal renovation practices.


High-End Machine Tool Intelligent Manufacturing Plant Construction Project of Beijing No.1 Machine Tool Works

Undertaken service: Whole-process engineering consultation

Located in Shunyi District, Beijing, this project is a key industrial program aligned with Beijing’s high-end precision industry priorities and Shunyi District’s development layout. In line with the capital’s positioning for advanced high-end industries, it integrates intelligent, digital and flexible advanced technologies. The project involves the new construction of an all-steel intelligent factory and supporting facilities, as well as intelligent upgrading and renovation of the existing plant area.

Upon completion, the plant will engage in the R&D and production of high-end CNC machine tools, building a benchmark intelligent manufacturing base integrating precision processing, intelligent assembly, automatic logistics and digital management. It will comprehensively boost the output, precision and efficiency of medium-to-high-end CNC machine tools, provide robust equipment support for key national sectors such as aerospace, high-end equipment and new energy, and play a vital role in advancing the domestic production of high-end machine tools and safeguarding the security of industrial and supply chains.


Energy Center of Zhongguancun Artificial Intelligence Science and Technology Park, Mentougou District

Undertaken service: Construction supervision

The project plans to construct one energy center covering a total energy supply area of approximately 600,000 square meters. Its supporting systems include reclaimed water source heat pump system, chiller refrigeration system, reclaimed water intake and drainage system, regional heating network heat exchange system, outdoor primary pipe network, water replenishment system, indoor cooling and heating pipelines as well as solar photovoltaic power generation system.

After operation, the project will achieve a green development target with renewable energy installed capacity accounting for over 60%. Compared with heating by gas-fired boilers, it is expected to cut natural gas consumption by 5.75 million standard cubic meters and reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 11,800 tons annually.
